We created IMpulse based on our enthusiasm for the profound
effects of rhythm and sound [pulsation and vibration] in our lives.
We offer workshops and private lessons where we explore dynamic meditation through the rhythmic practice of TaKeTiNa, and deep integration through sound relaxation.
Breath, conscious movement and voice opening are elements that accompany
the process of immersion in a state of full presence.
